Reimbursements and costs
The Groningen Institute of Archaeology (GIA) will directly pay for:
- The accommodation of speakers (one each contribution) and chairs. Check-in 2.10, check-out 5.10.2022.
The GIA will reimburse (please provide proof of the costs):
- The flight/train to and from Rome
- The train/metro/bus from the airport or train station to and from the accommodation
The GIA will not reimburse:
- Occupancy tax (€3,5 x day x person)
- Meals
- Taxi
- Any other costs not listed above
